Our staff are the key to our success

Meantime’s enjoying an exciting period of growth, and it’s all down to the hard work of our dedicated team.

We started as the archetypal cottage industry working from the spare room, and over the last eight years we’ve carefully selected people who could not only do a great job, but who could do it with pride, dedication and commitment. Our judgement has been spot on, because we’ve created a team that’s enabled the company to grow, for the most part year on year despite some challenges at the start of the recession. It’s this team that ensured Meantime remained true to its values and continued to succeed when work became more scarce in a difficult economic climate. We believe this is because of our commitment to deliver on time, to specification and, more importantly, on budget every time. That’s a promise we’ve never broken.

Meantime’s managing director Fenner Pearson says: "We’ve been very lucky to have found such a loyal team," he says. "Our culture and working practises instil an atmosphere of trust, but everyone in the team understands the need for strict guidelines to ensure things don’t go wrong; and, on the rare occasions when issues arise, they can be spotted and put right straight away. The loyalty of our team enables Meantime as a company to be loyal to our clients; they know they can rely on us to provide them with experienced and dedicated staff, and not have to deal with new faces every few months."

"It’s a simple but winning formula."
