We’re looking for a developer to join our team. If we’ve ever carried out any work for you, you’ll know just how important having the right people around us is to the way we work. And when it comes to our technical team, the requirement for excellent coding skills is essential, but just as important is personality.We’re not saying you have to watch the films we watch, or listen to the music we listen to (although we do all have a say on what goes on the office jukebox so perhaps that’s not strictly true) because we believe that a mix of personalities makes the office a much more interesting place. But when it comes to taking on new members of the team, we look for someone who shares our ethics, our discipline and our commitment to producing work of the highest possible standard - every time.
And we’re afraid that’s where the checklist ends. We can’t give you a person specification because we don’t know who we want. We can’t even give you a job description, because when we find the right person we’ll let them fit into the team in the way that works best for everyone. But if you’re a developer with excellent coding skills, whatever stage you’re at in your career or whatever career you’re currently in, we’d love to hear from you.
